Laurie Mallie, Ed.S.
Laurie Mallie is a Florida Licensed and Certified School Pyschologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children and teens in a variety of settings.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. She then went on to attend graduate school at Florida International University where she earned an Educationtal Specialist degree in School Psychology. During that time Laurie Mallie worked at the University of Miami, Mailman Center for Child Development providing developmental evaluations and interventions to infants through preschool age children. Laurie Mallie worked as a School Psychology Intern with Palm Beach County School District and then went on to work as a School Psychologist for the Broward County School District. Therefore, she is well versed with school district requirements for educational intervention and planning, and special education services. Laurie Mallie uses her expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior to provide services to help childeren and youth succeed academicly, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. She specializes in working with neurodivergent students and is dedicated to helping families better understand their child's unique strengths and challenges.
